When will my order ship?

For Celsus Sound, NuPrime and NuForce Reference your order will ship within three days from our warehouse in the USA or direct from the factory in Taiwan. We use FedEx for shipping to most locations. Please allow 3-7 business days for shipping within North America. For all other countries please allow 6-10 business days.

Orders for Encore will ship from our distribution center in Hong Kong. Please allow 5-10 business days for shipping via DHL.

How do I return my unit for repair or refund?

Please ensure that your return address is marked on the package and you use a courier with tracking and insurance. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage when returning equipment for repair or refund. The item must be returned in like-new condition with original packaging to avoid any restocking fee.

Please allow approximately one week for testing and refund processing. Certain conditions may require additional time for processing.
